Albe De Coker is one of Belgium’s leading sheetfed offset printers.
At the occasion of the merger of Albe and De Coker in April 2007 three brand new offset presses of the Heidelberg XL type have been installed. Only two years later one of these machines has already been replaced by a brand new eight-colour Heidelberg XL 105. This machine combines some brand new technological innovations resulting in unsurpassed productivity and quality. A simultaneous plate change system allows us to replace the 8 printing plates by 8 new ones in less than one minute! Moreover an inline spectral colour control system will check and adjust the colours on both side of the printed sheet without the need of taking a control sheet out of the press. This results in extremely high productivity combined with a predictable and constant print quality.
This means that Albe De Coker now has a range of six offset printing presses allowing us to produce a wide range of printed products efficiently, and this for printruns ranging from a few hundreds to hundreds of thousands.
The printing process follows the ISO 12647 rules. Advanced spectral colour measurement techniques allow us to guarantee that your printwork will be produced at a consistently high quality level.
